Welcome to Munchie Monday! I’ve been saving this recipe for a special occasion, such as this one. Every time I make these for friends, I get an overwhelming amount of people asking for the recipe. I think you’ll be shocked at how simple these are to whip up. And, how easy it is to trick yourself into thinking they’re healthy because they have oats in them.
What You’ll Need:
1 cup butter, at room temperature
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3 1/2 cups oats
12 oz bag of chocolate chips
